Brighton Sunblinds did an excellent job. Our sunblind broke and needed a pin replacement — they replied within minutes and provide us with the replacement part free of charge. The team was professional and responsive, and their showroom is worth a visit before you order. Highly recommended

Spent a lot of money with this company on bespoke blinds (was going to order online originally at a fraction of the cost). They took ages to make them, communication poor. The fitters that came were friendly and did a good job. Since then the blinds have malfunctioned. The first time they sent someone out they thought they were removing the blinds rather than fixing them. Not a problem, they saw to the problem in hand but they hadn't been told what the problem was which suggested there was a lack of communication within the company as well. Since then there one of the blinds has broken - I have emailed but have not heard anything for over 2 weeks. We decided to use a local company rather than ordering online and thought that paying extra (over £1500) to have bespoke blinds would provide a better service with some aftercare, especially if things break (which has happened). The management team, brother and sister I believe, have been pretty useless and have left us with a feeling that once the job was done and they had their money that we are now an annoyance, despite saying that they would come out and fix any issues. The quality of the blinds is very good, but I believe they outsource this part of the process, the mechanism of the roller seems to not so good.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new patio awning! From our first enquiry to the final installation, the whole team was fantastic - helpful, patient, and happy to answer all our (many!) questions. The awning itself is excellent quality, and it’s clear they really know their products. We have used Brighton Sunblinds many times spanning over 12 years. We are never disappointed with the results, always super impressed with Mike and his fitting skills and professionalism. We have had many different products including Plantation Shutters, Roller Blinds, Roman Blinds and this time dual purpose blackout blinds/flyscreens all of which have been absolutely fantastic.
