Purchased a front door from Apline. Martin measured and fitted the door and it looks fantastic. Caroline was great in keeping me informed step by step. The whole process was professional, helpful and excellent. I would definitely recommend Alpine Glass to anyone who is thinking about replacement doors and window. Easy, seamless experience. The team were very responsive to my enquiry, fitting was carried out professionally, with protective sheeting laid down & all rubbish & materials removed. Everything was delivered as promised. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We have had a kitchen window removed and a new Solidor and two side windows installed in its place. What a transformation to the front of our property. Quote was punctual and once accepted a date was confirmed for fitting. Martin was punctual and took great care with our property whilst working none stop to ensure all internal and external finishes were completed to a high standard and all waste was removed from site. We had lovely windows put in a few years ago by Alpine Glass who did a great job and only recently had an issue with a handle not working. The window wouldnt shut so my mum rang Alpine Glass and Martin came out straight away to fit a new one. It was a great relief to close the window again and feel safe and warm. Many thanks to Alpine Glass, definitely recommend.

I truly am and was a potential customer. I got recommended Alpine through my brother who used them. I rang and got through to a lady named Caroline who was very willing to get her Husband Martin out for a measurement. We arranged a day and agreed on a Saturday, Saturday came and Martin did Not come, upon ringing, Caroline mentioned Martins van had broken down and she was unable to reach him, I accepted and agreed that Caroline would ring me back. Caroline did not ring me back and I rang again for multiple times over a course of 3 consecutive days with no answer. I then rang via my wife’s phone and low and behold on the same morning I tried using my phone, Caroline answered!. Caroline then went on to explain the van is out of action for a few days and could we agree on a day in a weeks time. I went on to further explain to Caroline I am looking at getting a door supplied and fitted within a month having agreed on a design so would appreciate if she could give me a confirmation if they can or not able to come out for a measurement. Caroline then responded that the van is not required for a measurement and Martin can come out in a car but is not free until another weeks time. The service and communication at Alpine is below par and excuses rather than being honest in the first instance would have been better taken from a potential customer. I will not recommend Alpine for anyone looking at seriously wanting to get a good service and communication!.
