I had a disappointing experience with The Wooden Door Company. I ordered custom doors and expected much better quality for the price. The finish was rough in places, the measurements were not completely accurate, and the whole process took much longer than promised. Communication was poor and I felt like my concerns were ignored. I would not use them again.

No one bothered to even call me back after I sent over measurements for doors. When I rang them countless times I was told “oh she’ll call you back in 2 mins” 4 days later I’m still waiting.

I have just received my special size Rochester style door. Excellent quality in hardwood and really carefully packaged so it arrived in perfect condition. OK, it took an extra couple of weeks over their forecast but I am very happy….it looks great.

Received my beautiful doors hand made within two weeks . After a lot of questions the company had great knowledge. Happy customer thank you

Fantastic customer service. I dealt with Mandy who gave some great advice in helping me get replacement doors for my living room and kitchen. They were both taller than normal off the shelf, so had to be made to suit. Great doors & great team to deal with. Highly recommend

Great guys to deal with. Gave them a ring and spoken to a lady in office. Very knowledgeable in terms of what I needed, had a pair of bespoke custom doors made to my sizes, delivered within few weeks. Joiner even complimented how well made, good quality it was. Really pleased with the job, made a huge difference to my home. Thanks guys

We had some bespoke internal doors made & supplied a home in London. We first contacted via email with a design we'd seen online but wanted them at 2400mm height. These guys did a fanstastic job, had the full downstairs done, with matching Fire doors for upstairs/attic. Transformed the home. Great service & quality. Highly recommend.
