Ace Double Glazing

Tony called around on 14 July at my request to assess the damage done to my polycarbonate porch roof by the damage caused by hail a week previously. Even though this wasn't a job he was prepared to take on, he spent 15 minutes of his time accessing the damage, which in his opinion was not serious and giving me valuable advice at no charge whatsoever. If I need any major double glazing work done in the future, this company will be my first call.

Second time using Ace Double Glazing and the service was as good this time as last time. No hard sales pitch; instead, sound guidance on which options might be best. Very efficient, tidy installation. Delighted with our new sliding patio windows.

An outstanding company. From meeting Natalie in the office, having the French Door measured and then fitted by Kev and Wayne the service we received has been excellent. Great service from start to finish with communication at every stage during the process. Both fitters were polite, considerate and cleared up after themselves. The 4 windows which were fitted in a total of 2 days now greatly enhance our property and have the bonus of being insured against any defects and well as being provided with an appropriate FENSA certificate.

Absolutely brilliant customer service throughout so pleased with our doors would definitely use them again for future works. We asked for internals to be left to us to plaster hence the exposed brickwork 🙂

I recently had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced by Ace and I believe the service was excellent. From the initial consultation Tony was very pleasant and I didn't feel pushed into the sale, the pricing was very competitive and reasonable compared to some other quotes I had received. I placed the order in mid-March and they were installed by mid-April. The installers themselves were efficient, tidied up after themselves and completed the work in 2 days. Overall I feel this company did a great job on my house and I am very pleased with the work that has been produced. I highly reccomend. 😁
