Pat and the A1 team did yet another fantastic job for me (and for my tenants) ,who in fact text me straight after the job was completed with a picture and their thanks for how quickly and professionally it was sorted by A1 . Happy tenants=happy life ! Nice to be able to use someone you can trust and forget about it,any issues never had a quibble got sorted.
Got recommended A1 by a trade person, spoke to pat on the phone, guys came out and measured next morning and had replaced the glass by the end of the week even cut down the glass on sight as the frame wasn't true. Top service all round cannot recommend enough.
Horrendous service
The company was being used by my neighbour. They blocked me in for the best part of a week parking on the dropped kerb in front of my house/driveway. I asked them to move twice, and sent a message to their Facebook page. They continued to keep parking there.
Wow, I'm so impressed with this company. The two guys that came to do the job were very nice and easy to talk to. They explained everything that they were going to do, they even cleaned my gutters! Honesty I have never had a better experience, I'm beyond impressed and super happy with the work. My windows looks beautiful. Thank you so much.
I called for a quote for grey glass shelves (120x800x6mm) and was told grey glass is rare! Was quoted £150 per shelf. Got 6 done elsewhere for £68! Obviously didn’t want the business
I called this company for a piece of glass to be cut. I was told that somebody would be back in the workshop in an hour. I left the job I was doing and travelled 20 minutes to get the glass. No one there. They didn't even answer the ring doorbell. Appalling customer service!
