They turned up when they said they would, got everything sorted quickly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The whole process was really easy from start to finish. I left 2 stars only because my first email was responded to. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. Communication was extremely poor. My questions were ignored, my phone calls were never answered, and I was left waiting without any updates. They completely wasted my time. If you’re too busy to take on a job, the least you can do is let potential customers know instead of simply ignoring them. Basic communication and professionalism cost nothing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I took a punt on SGS, since the reviews were so good and they didn't disappoint. This was to replace a double glazed sealed unit for a bi-fold window that had cracked in a thousand places but remained intact. Terry was quick to get back to me, was reassuring, quoted a v competitive price and turned up with the new glass exactly when he said he would - the whole thing was done in 20 minutes. Would highly reccommend.

Needed the locks on the double glazing looked at and Terry popped over to take a look and quote. Advised on what to do to correct the issue without needing any replacements or repairs. Amazing service, when I need any work done Terry will be my go to. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Can’t recommend SGS enough. Terry was friendly, professional and honest. There was a problem with the glazing units that he could have not mentioned, I hadn’t noticed. He explained the problem, removed the glass and completed the job again with the correct glazing units at his cost. The doors look amazing and so much better with the new units in. Will only use Terry for future projects.
