Vale Curtains and Blinds

Unreliable no phone conversation no nothing . Left work to be home for there visit . This appointment was booked for today 3/4 then cancelled for earlier appointment today with only email to which I replied stating this earlier appointment was not convenient no response .

From the first visit by Ryan to measure and advise, to the wonderful Spyros fitting our shutter and blinds with such perfection…. We have been absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism from Vale. I can highly recommend them from a customer service point of view as well as their obvious experience and knowledge. Very professional service, highly recommended. Large range of products to choose from. They come to your house, measure up and bring sample books. Spiros, the fitter arrived on time and put up 7 blinds, 3 different types, without leaving a spec of dust. I'd definitely use them again.

Really professional job with my conservatory roof blinds across the whole team from start to finish. This was a technically tricky job and I made it worse by changing the requirements twice as new information came to light. They took it all in their stride and were committed to doing the best possible job for me. I'm delighted with the result. My only minor niggle (which I couldn't bring myself to deduct a star for, as everything else was excellent) was that there were quite a lot of problems with their supplier delivering things late, missing and/or damaged (four times in total across two fitting jobs), which resulted in several last minute changes in plans. Might be something to work on with the supplier for the future. Thanks again!

Great from start to finish. Ryan was meticulous in measuring all the windows and skylights. Jamie was brilliant when helping to choose fabrics and fittings. Dan and Spiros were also brilliant and meticulous when fitting blinds and curtains. Karl and Spiros were fantastically helpful when trouble shooting (on issues that were nothing to do with Vale). Fabulous all round with the added bonus of being a local firm. THANK YOU!! ( I do not often write reviews but for obvious reasons wanted to in this case!)

Had a quote from a national blinds and curtain company and the guy turned up looked at our bay window and gave me a price without measuring, Cakled vale and they emailed me to tell me when they would be out. They were on time and the surveyor measured up the bay window and gave me a price I sled if he would also. Do the two bedrooms which he did and quoted me a price which we immediately accepted as it was cheaper for all 3 windows than what the national chain rep quoted for my bay window ( priced himself out of a job ). The Surveyor took time out to go through the choice of blinds and answering questions with total honesty. We ordered and again emailed the following day as to when they would be fitted. On time they fitter was out and fitted the two Bedrooms with ease however he did have an issue with the Bay window turned out the plinths above all three bay windows were slightly out measurement wise. The fitter fitted the blinds but he did say to call as someone could come out and see what could be done. Siri’s came out and spent time looking and searching for a positive outcome and he said he would get a new blind for one of the windows which would be slightly longer so hopefully that should close the gap. Again on time the new blind was fitted by Spiros and it did the trick. He said any further issues call the office. We felt there was still a gap in another window so called and Soiros came out with Karl and they looked at every possible outcome. They decided they would add some more plinth to those already so they could move the blinds back. Again in time and the job was done to perfection. This is not a complaint but praise to the fact that Vale Blinds and Curtains wanted to make sure we were totally happy of which we were. Just to add the blinds covered the windows but because of the measurement in the plinths were Millimetres out the blinds couldn’t go closer to the windows. A big thank you to the fitter, Spiros and Karl and to Vale Blibds and Curtains for the professionalism they showed from the first boat to the last.
