Dunelm

​I had a wonderful experience shopping at Dunelm, Oxford! The entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out goes to Miki, who went above and beyond to help secure some fantastic garden furniture for me at a great price and made the whole sale seamless. Outstanding customer service like this is rare to find. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Something should be done about the heaps of pigeon feces all over the entrance as it is a health hazard for kids and elderly and smells unbearable. That said there’s a good range of products much of which is overpriced for what it is but not all.

Waited over 20 mins for click and collect, in the end I had to go and find someone. The member of staff on their only one manned till was not helpful, she didn't even request someone to come to flick and collect. And yes I did tap in the number to say I was there

Really disappointed with the service today from your till staff. Wanted to return something and purchase some other things so waited for the manned till, first a sigh then asked how we were paying because if it's by card you have to use self service!! No hello or smile, surely customers still have a right to choose regardless of their purchase method. Please be more adaptable and treat customers with politeness.

Jim was really helpful when we were choosing curtains. His patient advice and guidance really helped us to get the right curtains for our house. We greatly appreciate the time he took to help us.

I did shopping several times and asked for VAT receipt. Most of the staff even don't know what is VAT receipt. They always says they don't provide VAT receipt. Once I even sent email to their customer service but the were unable to help. Now a days even Aldi, Lidl automatically generate VAT receipt. I do not understand why it is so difficult to provide VAT receipt at the till if requested.
