Tower Glass

I just wanted to send a massive thankyou to all the team for kindly replacing our mirror and a bonus with delivering it to us too. It is much appreciated and we are thoroughly pleased with the new mirror. A company who have gone above and beyond and we will continue to recommend to our friends and family.

We are very pleased with our glass splashback from Tower Glass. They recommended a fitter who came and measured. A few weeks later the glass was ready and he fitted it perfectly. The colour is just what we wanted. Many thanks to Andy the fitter for an excellent job and to Tower Glass for your help and advice.

Unhelpful staff, indiffrent to questions. When i did order a piece of glass they brought it out to me in the raw, and i cut my hands quite badly carrying it to my car. Really not my proplem staff.

What a brilliant company! Tried to get a mirrored wardrobe door replaced locally but it turned into a drama. Contacted Tower Glass who aren’t local and had a new door within a week! A great experience from start to finish. They’re really responsive on the phone and the man who collected and delivered was so helpful and went the extra mile. Thank you.

I do not recommend this company. I ordered 2 worktop savers, after a gentleman showed me a sample. When they were made. They were totally different than what I ordered, they had sharp edges, and no rubber feet. I then went back to the shop to discuss the issues and was greeted by a very very rude gentleman named Dave Clark who obviously doesn't enjoy his job and didn't want to be there, so takes it out on the customers. He then basically said that they do not have any feet In stock so can't do anything, moral of the story, don't spend £20 plus per worktop saver, spend £6 from a shop and you will have a better quality item. As I've ended up paying £40 for 2 small pieces of sharp edges glass.

I do not recommend the place. Placed an order end of October for a splash back. After 6 weeks waiting the fitter delivered the item and we find out they cut it wrongly! They were closed during Christmas for 2 weeks, when I called them up in January to complain the manager, Dave told me it was my fault they cut it wrongly as I was rushing them?! Horrible attitude and horrible customer service. We waited 12 weeks for one splash back. Bad really bad.

Very friendly and willing to answer any questions, they have a vast number and styles of mirrors on display in their showroom and they can cut a mirror to a bespoke size to fit a wall or furniture that you measure/provide at sensible prices.
