Back window mechanism had broken and couldn't get it to open. Called Lanes and he was able to come out quickly to remove the problem part so we could open in the heatwave. Returned today with replacement part fitted professionally and quickly. He also went out of his way to help fix my mothers door (She lives across the road) as it was sticking and difficult to lock. Very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
