Stort Blinds came to my home and showed me and explained all the different styles and composition of their shutters. Once I had chosen they sent round a fitter to measure up and order them. The two fitters, Mike and Liam were quick, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. They took down all existing curtains and rails and tidied up perfectly after.

Thank you to Stort Blinds for totally finishing my kitchen extension with these beautiful vertical blinds. We also had shutters fitted on the windows which look amazing too. Mike done a first class job at fitting them and even more so in the heatwave. Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Will definitely use again in the future when needed. We bought some lovely roller blinds for several rooms in our house from Stort Blinds in 2023 which we have been really happy with in terms of quality and style. We had a small issue this week with one of the cords which had come off. Although the blind itself was out of guarantee (1 year only), Steve responded promptly and helpfully with full instructions on how to fix the issue. It is now working again as new. We were really impressed with how quickly we got a response and definitely we would not have got this level of service from an online retailer. Highly recommend Stort Blinds for quality of products and follow up care provided - demonstrated by their above and beyond customer service - not to be taken for granted nowadays!
