Cambridge Interiors

We have used Cambridge Interiors since 2018 for all our carpets, curtains, and blinds. Excellent selection of materials etc. The staff are friendly but also professional including the carpet fitters etc. we would highly recommend them.

Visited the shop to look at carpet as we bought blinds from this shop a few years ago...very annoying as they have no prices on display so you have to ask for help and everything is billable! We arranged for them to come round to measure up, which they did and the man said he would send out a quote within 2 days...nearly 2 weeks have passed and no quote has been sent, looking at other reviews we are not the only ones. I asked if we could get a quote with and without the removal of our current carpet and the man just wanted to quote including removal, but begrudgingly agreed, so it seems like it is just a money making scheme. Such a disappointment as the orginal owners were so helpful and professional! Anyway, if we do ever receive a quote we have no intention of following it up now as I don't think customers matter to them...I am sure I will get a reply from them on here with some excuse, my advice is don't promise customers things that you can't fulfill! I cannot recommend this shop, which is a shame as the previous owners were amazing!

Fantastic experience, and we’re so happy with our new window blind. Really great quality, beautiful finish, efficient and tidy installation and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with new owner. Chased our quote twice over a 3 week period - after initially being told it would be done over a weekend. We then found he had mis-written and questioned the measurement's for our curtain - 38 x 30 cm!? After using Cambridge Interiors for numerous blinds, curtains for our house and Mum’s flat over the years, we won’t be returning.

A professional and first class service from start to finish. Cambridge Interiors have a wide range of fabric and were very helpful in making this choice and advising on what finish to go for. A home visit for expert measuring to ensure a perfect fit. Alistair came to hang the curtains and took great care in ensuring that they looked perfect. We are really pleased with the curtains and would not hesitate in recommending Cambridge Interiors.

Fantastic service from everyone at Cambridge Interiors. From the, very patient, Jenny in the showroom, Alistair for his accurate measuring and helpful input, to the installation by Frank, it all went so smoothly. There are so many wonderful designs of fabric to choose from, and I ended up with an absolutely perfect design and colour shceme I needed. Thank you to all involved and I have no hesitation in recommending Cambridge Interiors.

Everyone we spoke to was polite and helpful. We were given good information to help us make our decisions. The work was carried out by a very pleasent fitter who did an excellent job and was happy to help us move a couple of heavy peaces of furniture back into the room. I would recommend Cambridge Interiors for all floor covering services.
