I found the whole process from requesting a quote to completion of the job very easy. There was always a friendly person available on the phone if I had any queries. I had 2 misted windows rectified after agreeing the quote and the 2 efficient and courteous fitters did a very clean and neat job of the repair. I would definitely use Somerville Glass &Windows again.

We replaced all windows to rear of house with aluminium windows and sliding doors in black. From start to finish the Somerville team were professional, friendly and sorted any issues promptly and completely. The windows are stunning. Kieron, with his apprentice, arrived on time and was courteous and highly professional. I had assumed that the patio door which was hanging down simply needed the hinges adjusting but Kieron explained that it was necessary to repack the glass on the damaged door and the pair next to it. This was done with a minimum of fuss and no mess at all. We have used Somerville Glass for over twenty years and they have always been prompt, thorough and reliable. Our project was complicated and we achieved full completion through different phases of installation. They have installed the excellent Rehau windows which are attractive, safe and secure. The installation work was carried out by a most reliable team of well experienced engineers. Their standard of workmanship and fastidious attention to detail has produced a finished standard of the highest quality. They are a most attractive addition and enhance the property. Overall, we are very impressed with Somerville’s work ethic and approach to customer satisfaction. They coordinated as a cohesive team and consulted at every level and certainly put their customer requirements as a top priority. The glass in one of our old double glazed windows with a lead matrix needed replacing. We had used Somervilles before to supply and fit a huge new picture window so had no hesitation in calling them - they measured up, produced the new glass and fitted it efficiently. All their staff we have met have been both friendly and polite, and we happily recommend them.
