⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aaron at Kennett Glass was absolutely outstanding. Our retail shop was broken into during the night, with the front door glass completely smashed. In a stressful situation like that, you quickly find out who is genuinely professional and who isn’t. I contacted several local and national glazing companies, many of whom either didn’t answer their so called 24 hour emergency lines or answered sounding irritated at being disturbed. Aaron was the complete opposite. He answered immediately, was calm, professional and reassuring from the very first conversation. He told me he would be with me within an hour and actually arrived in around 30 minutes. He quoted a price, stuck to it, and carried out an excellent emergency board up without cutting corners. What impressed me most was the pride he took in the job. This wasn’t a quick temporary fix done to get paid and move on. Aaron genuinely cared about making the premises secure and ensuring the work was completed properly. He delivered exactly what he promised and kept me fully informed throughout. He’s due back next week to replace the glass, and based on the service I’ve received so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. What’s even more telling is that Aaron hasn’t asked me to leave this review. In fact, if every customer received the same level of service that I did, they should be leaving reviews without being asked. It’s rare these days to find somebody who is this reliable, this professional and this good at what they do. Professional, honest, responsive and genuinely excellent at his trade. Exactly the person you want on the end of the phone when something goes wrong. 10 out of 10. Thank you, Aaron.

So impressed with Kennet Glass / Aaron. He came & fixed a large smashed window and frame in a garage at very short notice. Totally trustworthy (came when he said he would , priced up the job & did it the same day, let himself in & out via a keysafe ). He even noticed loose putty round other windows in the garage & redid them too ! Highly recommend .

Aaron was fast to respond to an emergency call out between Christmas and New Year. The replacement was done quickly and neatly, with a full explanation of what was needed and the costs involved. Very happy, would recommend.
