What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A Bristol homeowner considering a conservatory roof project describes Darren as extremely helpful and expresses satisfaction with the company, highlighting the assistance received from a named member of staff. Another customer, ordering a splashback with a printed design, was unhappy with the finished item once it arrived and arranged a return at their own expense.
They had understood from the company's own information that a refund would include the postage, and after confirmation that the returned item had been received, they were told a partial payment would follow. An email asking about the postage element reportedly went unanswered. The two accounts therefore diverge, one centred on helpful service from Darren and the other on an unresolved billing query after a return.

Darren was extremely helpful And would certainly recommend this company First class thank you
I order a splash back with a print in it, however when it arrived I did not like the item, as per the information on the website where it states they will happily refund plus the postage, I returned the item which cost me £18 to return. I had confirmation that it had been received and they would put a partial payment in my account, I emailed to ask about the payment for postage as stated on the website to which I had no reply. That was on the 15th May 17, I have still not received any refund (13th June 17) despite being told it has been processed. I am very disappointed and am now having to take further action to chase my refund
