Mendip Conservatories

We wanted to replace our glass conservatory roof with something more able to cope with the variations of weather conditions, across the seasons. After carefully considering four potential local suppliers of the Ultraframe ‘UltraRoof’ system, we chose Mendip Conservatories to undertake the work and manage building regulations applicable to the upgrade. From the outset, we were impressed with the team at Mendip who were extremely careful to explain all the options available to meet our expectations. The work was carried out on time, to a high standard and with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. Added to this, both the installers and trades were respectful, diligent and we were very comfortable having them working in our home. We are extremely happy with the outcome and are grateful to the whole team at Mendip Conservatories.

I had my house windows changed from white to Agate Grey by Mendip Conservatories a few months ago. Since the windows, I’ve also got a composite door that I absolutely adore. The fitters were tidy and efficient. I didn’t actually know they did windows and doors but I’m glad I know now! I’d happily recommend them.

Mendip Conservatories - a rare business that offers a truly bespoke quality service and a personal touch. From the initial contact with Laura, to the Estimator and then Pete the fantastic fitter (who worked miracles!) we are so pleased that we used Mendip Conservatories. They have transformed our dining room with a tilt and turn window, and replaced our old cold leaking sunroom with a modern bi-fold, warm sunroom that lets in so much light. I can't wait for it to be summer!! I would recommend them to everyone!

My wife and I wanted to replace our old glass roofing on the conservatory. After a great deal of research and having obtained quotes from other companies, we chose Mendip. They listened to us and put forward a great plan which overcame concerns we had over possible boundary issues and ultimately achieved all we wanted to. The whole project was well managed from start to finish and the various trades people i.e. removal/installation, plasterer, electrician and painter carried out their work so well. We would highly recommend Mendip for the professional, courteous and competent way in which everything was done. They are very competitive on pricing too. Many thanks to Kim and his entire team.

Fantastic company to deal with. Really professional from start to finish. They asked loads of questions when first looking at the windows that were being replaced which was really reassuring. Things like where furniture would go, child safety features, trickle vents etc. Other companies that quoted for the same job didn’t bother with the same level of detail which is what Mendip windows stood out for. The window fitters did the whole installation in one day and were polite and friendly and tidy. Overall, really great Communication and competitively priced. Would use again!

I am very happy with my new conservatory. It is a quality product and was erected to the time scale agreed (even though I had to change this twice). I live in a listed building and Mendip arranged all the relevant permissions. They took down the old conservatory and took it away. The whole job was completed without delay in seven days. The fitters, who came every day from Oxford (to Bristol) were excellent and very professional and cleared up everything before they left (even mopping the floor). Yes, I recommend Mendip Conservatories.

Outstanding company. The service was excellent from the very first email, through to the completion of the new conservatory 'lean to' roof. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend this company.
