Thank you so much Andrew for coming out to assist with our windows. He was fast, kind and really did what was in our best interests. Anyone else would have tried to take advantage but Andrew was extremely helpful, really knowledgeable and did what was in our best interest to suit our needs - savings us money. Sometimes you meet people that really do the best to help others because they care, they want to really help them, this is extremely rare nowadays! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others! Absolutely fantastic! Thanks again!

We had our front door replaced towards the end of last year. This is a lovely family run business and everyone we met on the team was friendly and really helpful. We went to the showroom first which was great for looking at the doors and options available. Really pleased with the door fitting and before and after care. We would definitely recommend this company. 😊

Wow, so impressed by Nene Valley today. Was expecting a brand new mechanism to be fitted to our upvc back door, but Andrew reviewed and said a repair could be done instead!! One new screw later and 2 different types of WD40 applied and the door is as good as new……. Now provided with instructions from Andrew on how to do general “housekeeping” every 6 months. Thank you so, so much for a fantastic service. Wish I could rate them higher than the 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly and helpful. My windows were getting stiffer to close. Came out within 2 days of me calling and showed me what i needed to do to maintain them myself moving forward
