My 13 year old origin bifolds were not working properly. Doors out of alignment, locks not working well, gaps around edges. Mainstream Windows came out to give full service, change various parts and now they are like new. Very happy.

We love our soho origin French doors supplier installed by Mainstream. Bob was great with communications and the team who came to do the brick cut out and installation did a really neat job. There was a small issue with a leak after torrential rain shortly after installation but the team were back out within 24 hours to fix it and there have been no issues since. Will be using Mainstream again for the doors in our kitchen shortly

We originally had 3 bi-fold doors and then decided to change the kitchen design and bi-fold door framing. Whilst there are many companies out there - Mainstream was highly recommended to me by a friend. Wow - absolutely amazing from start to the end when it came to the context of ideas, design, framing and final composition. Friendly and considerate service that understands that ‘we’ as customers are novices when it comes to choosing and designing bi-fold doors. A timeline was given which helped us to negotiate with all the other ‘ ‘industries’ in helping to schedule and manage workloads, and timings. Great service and thank you.

I initially had my origin bi-folds doors installed 10 years ago. I always had alignment issues where I could see gaps between the frame and doors. I got tired of calling the installers and they ended up going out of business. Fast forward 10 years and I'm unable to lock my doors properly. I called Origin and explained my situation and they recommended I call Mainstream Windows as they have a good relationship with them, so I did. Bob from Mainstream came out and immediately understood the situation and said they will do all they can to help. Over time the poor door alignment had put extra pressure on the locks making them unfunctional. Jake and Joel then came and realigned my doors and ungraded the lock mechanism. The best thing is there are no gaps, the doors are now fitted better than when they were new. My home also feels warmer. Mainstream showed real empathy and wanted to help me get the best out of my origin doors. I can't thank them enough.

We recently had Residence 7 windows installed throughout our entire house, along with Korniche skylights and external aluminium doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Bob and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process, and we were always kept informed about what was happening during the installation. The team were professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job with great attention to detail. The quality of the installation and finish is excellent. We were so pleased with the Origin replacement windows and doors installed at the back of our house that 12 months later we decided to replace the front windows with Origin too. Once again, the professionalism from the installation team was outstanding from start to finish. Bob’s site visit was incredibly thorough, with great attention to detail and helpful recommendations throughout. We took his advice and chose to have the blinds fitted between the glass in the bedroom window — one of the best decisions we made, as we never have to clean blinds again!
