John waited for me till I arrived home, appreciate his patience and did remove the glass in a professional and timely manner. Waited till I entered the sofa and helped to get it in and then put the glass back as it was very quickly and efficiently. Thank you Ameer

I recently contacted your company to carry out work on my windows. The person who came to complete the job did a good job, and we were satisfied with his work. When we asked for an invoice, he advised us to contact the company on Monday, or to call him directly if we did not receive it. My husband sent a message requesting the invoice but did not receive any response. We then called on Monday, and one of your team members assured us that the invoice would be sent. However, even after waiting, we did not receive it. We then contacted the person who carried out the work. He answered the call but passed the phone to the same individual we had spoken to earlier that morning. Unfortunately, this person spoke to us in a very unprofessional and rude manner, even though we remained polite throughout the conversation. Despite this, the invoice has still not been provided. This is the first time we have had such a disappointing experience, and we are very unhappy with both the lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior.

Had the guys out fitting new glass to the hallway. They got the old glass removed easily with out breaking. The new glass went in very easy and looks amazing. They clean and tidied up after themselves. Would be recommending to friends and family.
