Cityglass replaced 23 windows with thermal glass. Workmanship by Paul and Philip was excellent. Care and attention to detail was second to none. No mess to clean up, windows cleaned and frames checked as a matter of Cityglass routine, handles and hinges where it was needed, and all vents replaced. Cannot praise this company enough and personally I would recommend that you do not pass this company by, should you require any glass replacement or even window repair. I’m pleased with the service I received from City Glass N.I. What initially stood out to me was their focus on sustainability rather than encouraging customers to replace good windows. They focus on repairing and extending the life of existing ones, which I really appreciate. Paul was honest, reliable and excellent at communicating. He always responded to my messages, which makes such a difference when you’re used to companies sometimes disappearing or not getting back to you. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard, and were polite and friendly throughout. They replaced the glazing gaskets, cleaned the frames etc., and my windows genuinely look like new! The previously stained and embarrassing frames are so bright and clean now - the nicest in the neighbourhood.😁 I would happily recommend City Glass N.I. to anyone looking to repair and maintain their existing windows rather than replace them. Was getting a sofa delivered yesterday and it wouldn’t fit through the door into the living room so I phoned City Glass N.I and Paul was able to be with me within 15 minutes to take the front window out so the sofa could fit through. Absolutely excellent service, quick, efficient and very reasonably priced! Would recommend these guys 100%. Thanks again

Found City Glass via Google and was a top reviewed business. Couldn’t recommend them enough, needed replacement window and hinges which Paul sorted very quickly. Since installation there’s a noticeable difference in sound reduction and heat retention.
