I read the positive reviews and decided to purchase linen curtains from them but I needed a question answered so I left 2 phone messages, when these went unanswered I emailed. However all of my messages went answered. Many of the reviews said their communication with this company was good. Sadly that is not my experience to date. Unfortunately I will have to purchase my curtains elsewhere.

I ordered curtains and payment was taken. I haven’t received any confirmation of my order and cannot get hold of anyone to find out what is going on. I am now pursuing this company through the small claims court and have notified trading standards. It appears to be a scam.

After much Deliberation and back-and-forth on length, widths, fabric type, interlined or not etc etc, I settled on an interlined curtain with blackout backing and I couldn’t be happier. Anna was very communicative (and patient!) with me while I made my decisions and I’m so glad we went with Grace and Goldney as the end product is fabulous. It feels very good quality and really has made the room feel luxurious.

Wonderful curtains in pencil pleat using beautiful fabric. The quality is incredible and fairly priced! Would recommend Anna to all of my friends. Really responsive and even fixed a small issue with no qualms. Would use again!!

I have several pairs of Grace and Goldney curtains in my house and they are my favourites. Seven years on and they are still fabulous. Such lovely fabrics, beautiful quality. I am about to buy some more as I can't find anything as lovely or as reasonable. Highly reccomenmded !

Ordered a pair of curtains to be made from 2 king size duvet covers because I could not find any curtains to match the bedroom duvet cover. The duvet covers were very thin so order white black out lining to be sewn in. Once I had placed the order Anna contacted me to make sure the curtain size was correct I had put in the order and to make sure the pole diameter size was correct for the right size eyelets on the curtains to be made. The curtains did not take long to be made and Anna contacted me to arrange when I would like them delivered. Curtains arrived on time and well packaged. The curtains are beautifully made and Annas sewing is second to none..I am very pleased with them and they have added the final touch to the bedroom. Anna is friendly and efficient in her job and I would highly reccomend to anyone looking to have curtains made. . I have added photos for anyone interested in looking to have curtains made and also the bed to show that I now have curtains to match my duvet cover.
