Charisma blinds offer an excellent level of service. The Unit in Cheney Manor is worth a visit to get an idea of what blinds they have available for purchase. They offer a free measuring up service with no obligation to buy and certainly no pushy sales staff. An excellent sample selection is available to view in house at the same time. Charisma also offers an excellent repair service for many blinds.

Had wonderful service from the start with Mo coming out to measure for new shutters. The team updated when thet arrived and fitting happened quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service stewart and team.

I brought an electric awning about 15 years ago, guarantee was for 5 years. The motor broke, I had no way of closing it and worried about the wind and potential damage to the walls. charisma blinds stopped doing awnings, but very kindly came over and closed the awning for free.
