I contacted Brydon to replace wooden window in attic with double glazing. He also repaired broken hinges in 2 other windows and replaced a cracked window with lead glass What a great service they give from first enquiry for quote to finished job. Excellent workers and fully deserve 5stars and I would ignore ange 1star review as completely not resembling the service I received

Was unable to lock my back door..Contacted just after 9.15 am...Turned up just after 11am. Job sorted and finished by 11.45 am. No hassle , quick and clean workers and at a good price.

Found these guys to be total con artists completely unprofessional quote didn’t match the work completed and conveniently their records didn’t match what was said in person. Have concerns around the validity of the invoice provided. Do yourself a favour use literally any other window repair company. Unless you want to be ripped off and your home stink of stale smoke when they leave. Pretty sure they use 2nd hand or used parts too and don’t state that you’d expect a new part when paying unless clearly told upfront it wouldn’t be and that agrees too. Of course you won’t be back you already said you’d come back and didn’t show up. Fits perfectly with service I received and you may have charged me £70 but when you quoted me I was under impression it was for more than just hinges and a handle if it was clear that’s all it was I’d have never hired you. You can report the review but it’s accurate if you don’t want bad reviews provide a better and more honest service.

I called this service at 10.30am and by lunch time the job was completed to a high standard. I thought the amount charged was very very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in adding to their 5 star reviews. Well done!!!
