Came out to quote a week ago to replace damaged balcony glass. Haven’t heard a thing back from them and getting very bored listening to a recorded message telling me all their advisors are busy! Not a company to use if you need something done quickly!

The company does not accept the poor job they provided and not covering the door for the warranty period. Use it or not?

I got burgled on April 22. Since then I have had no back door. I appreciate these things take time to replace but over a month to produce and fit a timber door of standard dimensions is taking the michael. I have nothing but bad things to say about this firm and would advise anyone to avoid using them. Sorting it yourself is the only way to get it done fast.

My locks were replaced this morning by two workers who were prompt, efficient and courteous. They completed the work and explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. I would recommend them for their professional and Covid safe approach.

Hopeless service. Large double glazed panel to be replaced under insurance Waited 3 weeks & on day scheduled for fitting advised glass not received from manufacture. Panel arrived for fitting 1 week later & after fitting sealant smears found inside double glazing cavity so replacement panel ordered. In the interim discovered that the panel had been fitted with clearly marked inside face facing outwards. 3 weeks later replacement panel scheduled to be fitted today and just been advised that the replacement panel has numerous scratches and a 3rd panel had to be ordered. 2 months and the sad saga continues Update after 3 months Glass panel still not replaced and unable, after 3 moths, and repeated requests, to obtain confirmation that the panel to be supplied conforms with the specification. Thus far unable to make contact with any person outside of the Customer Relations Department, who seem unable or unwilling to respond to emails. The Insurer has now waded into the sage offering apologies for the service of its Contractor, Evander, , and unsolicited financial compensation. Update 26/08/2020 Third attempt at replacing the panel scheduled for this morning and received call that upon loading discovered the glass is cracked. 3 months, 3 defective panels and as the manufacturing period of these panels is about 3 weeks, another 3 weeks will pass before another panel is procured. This from a company which presumably has in place a Quality Assurance procedure.

The fitters/engineers were very friendly, helpful and professionally completed the contracted job. They had to rectify a miscalculation in the width of the end panel provided. This was necessary to fill an internal gap of approximately 4 inches between the wall and the Door frame provided.
