Great service by this team in Norwich. Very helpful and kind when the wrong screen had been delivered to them. Re-booked the vehicle in as soon as they could. Nice area to wait while the job was being done, clean and tidy.

Very professional, friendly & reliable team, work was carried out to perfection within the timescale, I was redirected via my insurance company, I required a replacement windscreen with rain repellent & front wipers & the technician advised they would also replace my rear wiper as it needed doing. Booking my appointment online is so easy & offered different days & times to fit around my working hours & is so easy if you require to reschedule. I dropped car off at 8am & told I could could collect after 10am though my online appointment was 8am - 10:30am. The Range around the corner do a fabulous Mega Breakfast at a reasonable price though the cafe didn’t open until 9am so I wandered around for an hour but the breakfast was worth the wait 😂 I arrived back at Autoglass just after 10am & only had to wait around 10 minutes & my car was finished. Staff were great & did offer me a coffee or a cold drink, the waiting area is clean & comfortable though may benefit from a few more seats,

After a stone cracked my windscreen went to Autoglass. Booked appointment online very easily. Windscreen replaced and recalibrated in a very short time. Service was excellent. Technician was absolutely brilliant, friendly and kept us informed about the whole process. Extremely satisfied with everything.

I had a great experience with Autoglass Norwich yesterday when had a chip in my windscreen repaired. The booking process was very easy, appointment ran to time and the technician was very friendly and professional. The process was explained throughly and the job was carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Autoglass Norwich.
