Kyle also worked hard with us to help us in the tricky areas of choice (door glass styles for a front door) and he made suggestions where he thought things might be overspecced and weren't worth the extra costs - saving us money. Worth pointing out that you also get a much more knowledgeable person coming to quote than the other larger companies we got quotes from(who have a sales team and a fitting team).
