Don Valley Window Systems

We are really pleased with our new front door and safety glass internal door which was fitted. Unfortunately the fitters left our wall in a bit of a state having ripped off the picture rail quite a lot. They did return to "fix" it but it was just slapping on some filler quite poorly (not even sanding it back). I could have done a better job myself unfortunately so it left a bad taste after paying them almost £3000. I didn't expect to have to do so much clean up at my own expense and time after having read such positive reviews.

Had three windows fitted....absolutely delighted with them, they are really good quality. The service from start to finish has been exemplary, the fitters did a brilliant job, very clean and tidy. The price was really competitive....I would not hesitate to recommend.

I've used Don Valley Windows quite a few times now for both new windows, window repairs and new composite doors. Each time has been a totally smooth process, with everything left spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for Lewis and his team and the products are great quality. Would absolutely recommend!

I instructed Don Valley Windows to install bi-fold doors, 3 standard windows upstairs and a Georgian style window in the porch. Although, there were a few little snags along the way (mainly due to the supplier), all was taken care of by Lewis and we reached a good result! At first I was concerned when a few unexpected issues occurred, but I was quickly reassured. Lewis and his team always took my call, responded to my text, emails etc and the communication was excellent. Turned up on time, fitted the new front door and window as promised, cleaned up after themselves, were polite, and made a really nice job of it. It’s unfortunately rare these days that companies / tradespeople deliver exactly what they promise, but that’s exactly what Don Valley Windows did! I was very impressed and highly recommend this company

We can’t recommend Lewis and the team enough. Great communication throughout and fantastic results. The team turned up on time, fitted the windows within 4 hours, cleaned after themselves and left the house and windows in a perfect condition. We’ll be turning to them for any future window replacement.

I needed to get 2 new upvc windows installed at a rental property. Lewis came & measured up & gave me a very reasonable quote. I contacted him a couple of weeks later to accept the quote, & he liased with the tenant with regards to a suitable installation date, & let me know. The windows were fitted last week, the price quoted was the price paid. Lewis did a fantastic job & the tenant is very pleased with them. I spoke to the office a couple of times & they were friendly & informative. Many thanks to Lewis & the team at Don Valley Windows for excellent all round service. Highly recommended.
