After looking at a few companies to provide us with a new front door and 3 upstairs windows we chose to go with Correct Choice and I’m glad we did. We can’t rate Correct Choice highly enough. Craig was professional, efficient and upfront with us and explained the different types of doors and fittings etc etc and didn’t force us into any sort of decision on the spot. We chose our preferred windows and front door and were given a price which we were happy with. We were then given an installation date and Mark & Alex turned up to do the work which was spot on. They were clean, professional and a really nice pair of lads. They tidied everything up and we couldn’t ask for more. Emma In the office kept us up to date with everything and provided all the necessary paperwork via email. I would highly recommend Correct Choice for a hassle free journey when choose new windows and doors.

Correct Choice Windows in Sheffield did a great job replacing our French doors and windows with bifolds. Craig was very thorough during the survey and gave a clear written quote. Any questions we had, including about the warranty, were answered quickly. The work was done on time and to a high standard, even matching our brick mortar. I’m extremely happy with my new windows and the whole experience from start to finish. They replaced two curved bay windows and two smaller windows, all to a very high standard within 2 days. The initial visit and quote from Craig were very thorough and informative, and he offered professional advice and choices, while still allowing me to make the final decision. There were no pushy sales techniques or unexpected price changes — the price quoted was exactly what I paid. Mark and Alex did a brilliant job with the installation. They were very professional, efficient, clean, tidy, and pleasant throughout. Communication was excellent at every stage, with Emma, Craig, Alex, and Mark all being really helpful and professional. Alex and Mark noticed a small crack in one of the windows (I probably wouldn't have noticed!) and they organised to come back as soon as a new one was ready to replace it, and completed it really quickly, which really shows their honesty and their commitment to quality and customer service. I would highly recommend Correct Choice Windows and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
