Absolutely outstanding customer service from City Glass. Denise is an asset, helpful, & understanding when I had an issue bringing my glass in to be cut due to a family emergency. I wasn’t able to take my glass in, in the end, however once I have things sorted at home, I’ll take my glass in as the customer service here is second to none. I’m a furniture restorer, so finding companies that can cut glass for vintage furniture can be a challenge. Nothing was too much for them here, thank you.

Rip off prices. Got quotation £120 a few weeks later after petrol prices drop i asked for another quotation expecting the prices will go down a bit instead a new quote came to £180. Government must increase wages %50 to keep up with the inflation.

I needed two sheets of 6mm toughened for bedside drawers. City Glass were not only quick to quote, but quoted a great price. Collection from their units in Piccadilly was as agreed. Excellent service.
