Very poor service. They sent someone to fix my window with a broken handle. Turns out, the handle was not the problem but locking mechanism. Since their insurance policy does not cover this, they could not carry on the repair. Instead they charged me £100+ over a handle that did not fix my problem. Now they are accussing me of being dishonest about the window being jammed. I did not know this. The problem started when the handle lost the connection with the lock. How was I supposed to know if the whole window got jammed? Prior to the broken disengaged handle, the window opened just fine and it was not jammed. DO NOT BLAME CUSTOMERS OVER YOUR INCOMPETENCY!!! Avoid this company at all cost.
