Peterborough branch damaged my veichle and then denied it, even though it was not damaged when they took it out for a test drive. Totally ignored my complaint and the branch manager hasn't bothered to contact me to discuss it, even though l was told he would when l complained to the technician at the time when the damage was done. Perhaps the technicians should concentrate more on taking care with the customers veichle rather than rushing to ensure they finish on time to go home. Absolute joke of a branch and couldn't care less as long as they get your money. Whatever you do, don't book the last appointment of the day as they will rush through the job and treat your veichle like crap. The frustration thing is, that Autoglass have the monopoly on windscreen repair and fitting, so l will have no choice but to use them again.

Had the sunroof glass panel replaced this morning by autoglass Peterborough on my Defender. Fantastic friendly service, would highly recommend. Lots of contact before and after. A call when the replacement was completed within an hour, amazing! Now as new. Very happy!

Everything about my dealiongs with Autoglass Peterborough was excellent - the booking process (including a call back), the location, the dates offered, the welcome on the day, the professional and friendly staff, the speed (done well before I expected) and the after care to help me look after the replacement windscreen.

Although booked in for an all day appointment i explained to Darren (the technician) that I may have to use a taxi in the afternoon for my autistic son which would put him in meltdown, Darren promised to phone me as soon as complete. I was able to pick it up at 14:30. I was so happy with that service. This was thanks to Darren at Fengate Peterborough branch.
