Found the number for Wintex Windows in a local shop. Alan from Wintex was easy to talk to, and he answered all my questions without being frustrated at being asked questions! He arrived without fuss at the time and day he said he would. I wasn't available to meet him, but someone else met him. He called me whilst still in the property to tell me the issue and provide a quote. He returned to do the job less than 1week later. On the day, without me calling to check if the job had been finished, he sent me photos of the new handle and mechanism he'd installed as soon as he'd finished. He kept me updated at every point, and promptly sent me an invoice. Being kept updated without having to chase someone is what I judge to be professional. I would definitely use them again.
Could not recommend Alan highly enough. Wintex windows and Alan have done an amazing job on really old dates windows. So pleased with how the lol and outcome mskrs such a difference to the appearance . Alan is so reliable and accommodating to fit round needs. Great price, date to suit and attention to detail in the finish.would recommend Alan all day long.

The lads did a fantastic job. They worked hard and the place was spotless when they had finished and they took away all the old widows, frames etc. The price was better than other quotes we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could 👍👏
