So impressed with their communication and speedy service. Great communication from the start, suggesting dates and accommodating changes as I was unable to facilitate the first date available. Arrived within the time frame, fixed our lock on our window and then talked me through the problem and how it was resolved. We highly recommend and would 100% use again if needed.

I came across the Window Repair Team after doing a google search. The job of replacing a cloudy patio door glass panel was relatively short notice. Ty was brilliant from the moment I spoke with him. He came round, measured up, and replaced the panel within a matter of a few days. Only the next day the other patio door glass panel was accidentally broken by the gardener. Again Ty and his work colleague came round at really short notice to fit the second panel, and replace a damaged window handle. The quality of work was exceptional, and the customer service of the highest standard. Thank you Ty. You will always be my first point of contact for any future jobs that I need.

Great communication before the work was done. The chap who came to fix the window was very polite and got the window working again despite the frame not wanting to comply! Fair price considering call out time and new mechanism. Would use again if we ever need another repair
