Window Repair Centre LTD Fenton

I don’t recommend unfortunately. Initial visit 21st April to view the issues at a property we had purchased. As we intend to replace all of the windows, we decided to replace just one handle. Lead time explained (3-4 weeks) and 50% paid upfront. Received a call 4 weeks later to book the repair appointment- 3rd June with a 3 hour waiting slot. That is 6 weeks from the initial appointment. The engineers were an hour early (luckily I had a tradesman home for entry) and it took them less than 15 minutes. All for the pleasure of £220. Upon reflection, this job should have cost half of that so I am disappointed and have learned my lesson.

We recently had our window replaced and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, efficient, and kept everything clean and tidy. The new window look great and have made a noticeable difference in warmth and noise reduction. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

I was looking for someone to replace my Conservatory roof so I got in touch with a couple of company’s that quoted me an extortionate price and tried to persuade me to have what I didn’t want, then I contacted the window repair centre in Fenton and Phil called to see me, he asked me what I wanted, I told him and 20 minutes we had an agreement. I have had my new roof fitted and I am delighted with it, the workmen ware quick and efficient and and when they left it looked like they hadn’t been. Everywhere was clean and tidy, I would highly recommend this company. Cheers

We've used Fenton Repair Centre several times now, and always been very satisfied. My Mum's window repair was a tricky job, taking much longer than expected. The company always bring their best game, and their persistence saved Mum the cost of a replacement. Naturally we will continue to recommend this friendly, efficient and family run service. Excellent service from my very first phone call to the office to the finished product. Excellent workmanship throughout and all those who worked on my conservatory were very pleasant, respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Would not hesitate in recommending WRC. Excellent company, replaced my conservatory roof and had new patio doors. Best thing I ever did, have used it throughout the winter and today (hot sunny) it is an ideal place to be - still cool in direct sunlight (blinds drawn). Lovely people to deal with, really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
