I had the pleasure of working with Windowmaker from start to finish, and the entire journey was seamless, smooth and professional. I first met Mark when he came to provide a quote for my property. From the outset, he was polite, professional and never forceful in his sales approach. He simply listened and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve with my home. When we discussed the price, I was genuinely impressed. The quote was outstanding and by far the most competitive I had received. There was absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision. Mark gave me plenty of time to think everything through and work out my costs, without hassling me or making me feel pushed into a corner. Once I agreed to go ahead, I was delighted to hear that my new door could be fitted within just four weeks. This was the perfect timeframe for me and gave me plenty of opportunity to choose the colour, style, frame and even the position of the letterbox. I felt completely confident that I had made the right choices. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I was kept informed when the door was in stock and reassured that everything remained on schedule. A week before fitting, I was contacted again to confirm that everything was on time and on track. On the day of installation, Mark contacted me to make sure everything was okay and to let me know that the fitters were on their way. They arrived promptly and were polite, professional and extremely respectful of my home. They bent over backwards to provide the best service possible. I am a strong believer that a good job is a clean job, and the fitters certainly lived up to that. Once the door had been installed, the entire area was hoovered, brushed and cleaned. Their approach to their work was immaculate. They also had great personalities and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the installation. I chose a green door because I felt it complemented the style of my house perfectly. Mark and the fitting team were extremely helpful in guiding me through the choice of style and colour. Their knowledge and experience have been invaluable in helping me achieve the look I wanted and really lift the appearance of my property. The whole experience has left me over the moon and more than satisfied that I chose Windowmaker for my new door. From the initial quotation through to the finished installation, the service has been professional, friendly and first-class. I cannot recommend Windowmaker highly enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I will now be having the windows at the back of my house fitted by them in the next couple of months. The service that I experienced from start to completion was excellent. I purchase windows and doors for the whole house and they were made and installed within 3 weeks. The quality was to a high standard also the installers installed to a high standard and left the house clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to others.

I recently had my old windows replaced with new triple-glazed units by Window Maker, and I’m extremely impressed with the result.
