We had garage doors installed by the window and door centre north east. From the first step up until the last I received excellent customer service especially from Julie who always responded in good time and no question was a problem for her. The quality of the doors are excellent and the installers alan and Aaron was very professional and friendly.

Great service and a well fitted quality product provided. The office staff were very efficient and nice to deal with. The fitters did a great job and were nice guys. Thank you.

We have recently had a new front door fitted and are delighted with it. All stages from viewing the showroom, taking measurements and ordering were very professional and pleasant. The two men, Neil and Paul, who fitted the door made a fantastic job, turned up on time, were extremely pleasant and cheerful, and left everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Having had the front and back doors replaced by Eddie and his team over the past few years, we had no hesitation in going back to get new patio doors installed. Julie from the showroom was very helpful with our requirements. Eddie and Aaron came last week to install. They arrived very promptly (7:30am haha) and finished before lunchtime. We have used this company on a number of occasions and always found them to be excellent. Sadly on this occasion I have reduced my rating to 4* because the communication between ordering and installation fell below their usual standards; there was a significant delay between ordering and installations but I only was aware of this because I had to contact them twice for an update. Hopefully this can be resolved and the usual excellent level of communication can be restored. The new garage door and front door are excellent quality and the installation by Dean and Paul was brilliant, they worked hard all day and were very clean and tidy; their workmanship is excellent.

Well deserved 5* from quotation to installation fantastic company. After Paul came out for quotation we visited the showroom to see what the door could look like, the staff were very welcoming and friendly answering any queries we had . Installation day Neil and Paul arrived and did a fantastic job of fitting the door , as well leaving area clean and tidy. All staff are employed within the company which was an added bonus and peace of mind if having to deal with sub contractors if (hopefully not) any warranty issues occur.
