My family and I have always had amazing service from West End Blinds. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the whole team go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. The service is prompt, and the quality of the blinds is excellent - they last for decades!

The service is pathetic. Took over 8 weeks to get one blind measured and replaced. I had to chase them at every stage, and they missed multiple communications which caused further delays.

Visited this shop recently with the intention of purchasing a few blinds. The sizing would been a special order the salesperson at the outset was helpful. Due to certain fabrics being discontinued, I returned to the shop to make a final choice from those which were available. All measurements with left and a call back from her boss was arranged. As no arranged call was received I contacted the shop for an update, she explained that her boss had informed her that my order would require a further length of fabric than anticipated and I would need to return to the shop a third time to choose another fabric. I ask how much fabric would be required ? She was unaware of the size. I asked why the boss had not given me a call as promised and the was when the salesperson became very abrupt and curt. Stating her boss was a busy man and that’s why he didn’t ring. I appreciate a company with a good reputation are likely to be busy as one would expect but if customers are being ignored and talked down to by front of office staff , I hope they do indeed stay busy.

I highly reccomend West End Blinds. They came to my home to measure for an estimate and choose blinds and colours with no pressure. I rang at a later date to order the Blinds. 2 weeks later 2 guys arrived took my old Blinds down including old brackets and fitted new brackets and blinds. West End blinds recently fitted vertical blinds on a number of my windows. The whole process was very efficient with minimum fuss. Malcolm was very helpful when he came to measure up and gave sound advice. The blinds were manufactured quickly, and the fitters did a great job. Very happy with the finished product, and at a good price to boot.

We have recently had shutters fitted to 7 windows. They look absolutely amazing, the service has been brilliant from choosing until fitting, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much West End Blinds, will definitely recommend to friends and family!
