Vibrant Doors

The doors look great, quality and strong. We live in a bungalow and they are fantastic to let in light but still keeping privacy. Very pleased and would recommend. Customers service was excellent.

I am surprised that Vibrant Doors have asked for this feedback though I suppose it is an automated request. The service from Vibrant Doors was very poor and I would not wish to deal with them again. I was charged a delivery charge though my order qualified for free delivery. I was promised the delivery within 3 to 7 working days and it was considerably longer. My order arrived short and I had to try and follow up. A second delivery arrived again short and I only received all my goods after numerous complaints and a third delivery. I spent hours on the phone where the queue goes down to 'one waiting' and then cuts off. Emails are not responded to. This company's customer service is sadly deficient.

Should actually be 0 stars... The worst company I have ever dealt with. I actually ordered from climadoor, but ended up dealing with 2 useless girls from this company... The first girl Emily Whitehouse ended up sending me an email saying she had left the business, from the business email strangely!! The second girl Katie Hallam did nothing but lie for a month!! I ordered four doors, and spent 3 separate days over the course of a month (losing income) waiting for them to be delivered by Furdeco (also useless).....They never arrived, and I was never notified by either company why. I ended up losing the job which was worth £2000 plus 3 days of income and a massive dent to my reputation, also time spent trying to find out what was happening. After lots of research, I found out that 2 of the doors were not even in the country, so they had lied about every delivery, and made me wait at home for 3 days for a delivery that had never even left the depot!! Avoid all companies under this umbrella... Stay away! Horrible service. Sent the door of a completely different colour. No other solution was suggested, but I was asked to pay double the initial delivery cost to collect the door. I was told that it is normal to receive a door with a different grain and colour from the computer-generated picture on the website. Impossible to get anyone on the phone (literally on hold for hours, being number one in the queue!), and have to chase for a response by email. I should've done better research before ordering. This is a scam. The worst customer service I encountered in years.

Purchased door not given 24 hours notice for delivery , so got notified same day so left a note to leave at property inside door . The package was an absolute mess dirty and ripped I contacted vibrant doors and was told they had contacted the carrier who said packaging was ok and showed side of box as delivery photo not of the damage . I was basically told it was not damaged In My opinion calling me the customer a liar . The door had two chips on it and vibrant doors doing nothing about complaint . I never put reviews unless positive but feel strongly about the managers response . Poor company bad customer service

They’ve asked me to review them so I will. Really difficult to contact. Send the ironmongery out without the door, on check out told it would arrive by the following Wednesday, didn’t arrive to the Friday and only one door came. Contacted them on Saturday as our joiner was standing in our home hoping to complete the job. No apologies for inconvenience, no owning the situation just blamed their courier saying was damaged in transit. When were they going to inform us of this I wonder? Replacement door was sent out but we weren’t told when or when it would arrive by at the time. Arrived when I wasn’t in and I couldn’t find it in the dark where they’d left it but still waiting on reply to that complaint too! So would only recommend if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind zero communication - recent trust pilot reviews suggest this is a an ongoing problem.

When you buy online you are never sure on the quality you are going to get, we looked at the previous reviews at saw they were good. We previously bought though a trader though Howdens the same style ladder style but grey, they were very heavy. When doors arrived they edges were protected with tough cardboard and hard plastic wrapping, the doors were also heavy and solid , giving that lovely sound when they close. For the price of the doors was good value, then to get the handles and hinges included which matched those we got for our other doors which we had to pay for was excellent. If we needed anymore doors I would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you for great service and great product
