Absolutely shocking. Had my windows fitted in January. Richard Dunn came out to sign the job off and was very rude in regards to making me sign the finance off. Matt is absolutely disgustingly rude. Spoke to me and my daughter like dirt on the floor. This company has no time for their customers and claims they put their customers first and have a reward for customer satisfaction. I think you need to put the reward in the bin. I am still waiting now for my windows to be properly fitted. Even members of the company has come out to my property to assess the job and try and fix the issues and they even say the job is vile and should have never been sent off. I think people in the company rather need extra training or they need to leave. Absolute disgrace.

Some of the negative reviews I’ve come across really surprised me, as my experience has been excellent from start to finish. The communication has been fantastic throughout. Sunday, who fitted my doors, did an outstanding job—he even stayed late to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. He’s a real asset to the company and incredibly reliable. The prices are very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and I would highly recommend them. I’ve had no issues at all so far 👌

What a fantastic experience with Universal Windows Ltd! I have recently had my conservatory roof replaced by a lovely & tidy bunch of guys here. I’m extremely pleased with all work that was carried out, from start to finish. A huge shout out to Connor & Julie for their leadership & fantastic customer service. Really easy to liaise with & very understanding. Would highly recommend this company for the exceptional work that was carried out.

From my initial call with Connor Jacques to the fitting with Sunday this was such a smooth and easy process. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order at every stage and representatives were on time for every appointment. The work carried out was to a very high standard and I’m thrilled with my new door which was installed with no mess and limited disruption. I would thoroughly recommend this firm and would definitely use again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales were fair and well priced compared to others, offie staff were friendly and always will to go above and beyond to help and the fitters were on time and did a excellent job in a short amount of time. I was always reassured all the way through and they allowed fitting times around my job. Everything was done around me and worry free.

I recently had 10 windows and the front door replaced at my property; Martyn was really helpful when he came out to provide a quote. The windows and doors were fitted over a two and a half day period, in which the installers informed me what would be done on each day. Very happy with the work carried, there was one small issue that has been resolved following the Christmas break. Overall very happy with the work that has been carried out and I will be recommending to friends and family.
