They built a new conservatory after six month of humiliations and waiting using bad materials at a very high cost and finally not providing any guaranteed paper work at all. It has already been nine month after completion of the work and still paying a lot to rectify the non professional and non safety work they have done. I therefore wouldn't recommend any one to use there services and to go through what i have been throughout as its has been a nightmare to work with Terry and Daniella. I am sorry to day after my horrible experience with them that they are liars,non professional, rogues, scammers

THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, KEEP MAKING EXCUSES, DO NOT DO THE WORK, DANIELA TAYLOR KEEPS TELLING LIES FOR THEM AND THEY HAVE A WELL DESERVED REPUTATION ONLINE OF BEING SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! AT COMPANIES HOUSE, IT IS SHOWN THAT THIS COMPANY IS AT RISK OF BEING STRUCK OFF.
Terrible customer service!!! Do not answer the phone, do not respond to emails. Happy to take your money and not complete the job. We had a terrible time trying to get our work signed off, as it wasn’t completed to the correct standard. We now can not get hold of the company for our 10 year guarantee. DO NOT USE! We will be taking further action.
Great company. Best price I found and the final result was excellent. Lovely professional people who worked incredibly fast and we had a new roof within just a few days. Beautiful end result. Highly recommended.
Unique have just completed our lean to conservatory and it looks fabulous. From plans to completion they were extremely professional and communicative and updated us on progress Consistently in terms of the trades etc. Suppliers were extremely polite, courteous and tidy after each day on site. Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend for future projects.
Fantastic experience with the Unique Conservatories team. Daniela, Charlotte and Scott were helpful every step of the way. The job took only 2 days and the results will last for years. I can finally sit in my conservaotry all year round. Amazing job
