We got a new front door including the installation - needed to reverse the opening from inward to outward. Everything was great, very quick turnaround, and responsive communication. The installation went smoothly and everyone has been very pleasant to deal with. We've had no major issues with the door so far so can't comment on after sale service but I trust it's as expected. Their showroom could be improved but it did the job for us. Reasonably priced - paid just under one thousand for everything.

Would be great if they answered the phone. Even a voicemail would indicate some care was provided. So annoying. I'll take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional.

I had a few windows from elsewhere supply only which was a headache as they expected you to barter on the price and further away and preferred cash. This place was much more straight forward, the put the window sizes in and gave a price cheaper than I'd had before. Ordered, picked up a week later, completely uncomplicated, proper invoice issued straight away!
