Recently got the full works completed by THI- windows, doors, fascia, soffits and dry verge. Overall I think 4 stars is probably fair - it wasn't without it's hiccups but we are happy with the install/products. Stressors included poor communication from the company, that side of things was quite unprofessional at times, but we got there in the end. Installers worked really well especially Stevie.
The staff here we're very helpful as we were picking a new front door as well as other things. Great variety of doors as well as glass verandas...great quality.
I had this company put in new windows for me. From start to finish everyone was very pleasant, helpful and very pleased with the work. The two window fitters were good clean workers. They got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves. Will be contacting them again for a front door. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you
No way!! All seemed very well when I had arranged the appointment, then they called me and were aggressive on the phone about making the commitment - which I already decided to go ahed with but after that - no!! shame on me though because I didn't learn my lesson, 18 months later I revisited them and after making an appointment to go into the show room, (after being greeted by a very nice lady at reception), the person who I arranged to meet - Richard and decided that he was going to be in a meeting all afternoon without calling to cancel his meeting with me. As well as that another employee came to us and made is feel almost like trespassers in the showroom - so we left. 100% no, don't do it!!
Over the moon with the work both Paul and Niall did. They replaced all of our windows. They were friendly, reliable, showed up when they said they would show up and were approachable when I had any questions. From the beginning we have been happy with the service and will use them Total Home NI again in future.
Following multiple comparisons and quotations, I chose Total Homes N.I for my installation. The Windows and Door purchased were the most competitively-priced within the Market. They are also of great quality and have made an immense difference to the heat retention and soundproofing within my home. The installation was done swiftly and finished to a very high Professional standard. I would happily recommend Total Homes N .I to anyone without hesitation.
The whole process from ordering to fitting was completely professional and smooth. Communication was excellent. I am very happy with the result.
