We actually spotted Tettenhall Doors, windows and conservatories carrying out an installation for our neighbour the workmanship and the finish were superb and our neighbour also recommended them. From our initial conversations right through to the final installation, the experience was outstanding. Nathan and every member of the team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are a very responsive company, quick to respond and both their communication and customer service has been second to none so much so that myself and another family member had a composite door installation 3 weeks apart. On both occasions and for both installations we were well looked after by Nathan and the team from start to finish. The choice of doors, types and finishes was excellent enabling us both to find the perfect one for our homes. Aaron, Dan, Zach and Mark were our installation team and they did a fantastic job, paying close attention to every detail and leaving everything immaculate. Nathan ensures that you are truly happy with pre and post installation, Rebecca is contactable in the office and Gary who came out to do both surveys ensures that everything is precise with both the measurements and your order. Have recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Tettenhall Windows. We wanted to support a relatively small local business. Our choice were for Residence 7 windows and an Endurance front door. We are really pleased with the final product. We particularly like the french doors which replaced a patio door. We are so impressed with our extension work and landscaping services from tettenhall windows from our initial meeting with Nathan through to the end product. The cherry on the cake - the quote was really competitive. Our builders, mark and jack, were possibly the most meticulous i've ever met and always made sure to communicate what was next and tidy at the end of every day. I was always kept in the loop with every decision and had complete trust in them. They were with us for a few months and battled through all elements to deliver to time.
