Tailormade carried out work at my home in 2021. They replaced my flat window units with bow windows, added a tiled canopy over them and the front door. The old conservatory roof was also replaced with a modern, fully insulated flat-roof system with a lantern. I was so impressed with Ian and his team from start to finish that when I wanted further improvements to be made, I didn't bother getting quotes from other companies; I went straight back to Tailormade. This round of improvements is in the final stages of completion, and once again, my wife and I are very pleased with what has been done so far. I will update this review when everything is finished. I have had 3 transactions so far buying various replacement windows and exterior doors. I think the product is good, the installation process has always gone according to plan, and I've found them to be reliable and keep to the timescales they give.

Ian who came out to give us a price was very nice and gave us a good price compared to other companies. Love the colour of the window. The fitters were extremely good and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
