I recently had my conservatory roof insulated and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the whole process. They completed the work quickly without compromising on quality and kept everything clean and tidy. What really stood out was the advice they gave on other areas of the house that could be improved for better insulation and energy efficiency. It was genuinely helpful and showed they cared about more than just the job they were there to do. The difference in the conservatory is amazing already — much more comfortable and usable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering conservatory roof insulation or home improvement work. Excellent service all round!

We had our large conservatory insulated by Snug Roofs in January this year (2026), with the intention of making it warmer, more usable year-round, and a bit quieter when it rains or hails. I have to say, the company did exactly what they said they would! Communication, even before the quote, was perfect, mostly on WhatsApp, which was great. The quote came in lower than we expected, and John and Colin were on site within 2 weeks because of a cancellation. They got straight on with sealing the conservatory (it had always had a couple of small leaks), then put up the timber frames, insulation, and finally the PVC finish, which looks great! It all fits in really well with the look of the original conservatory; it's definitely warmer and retains the heat too (we have added a rug and bioethanol heater, which makes it very cosy and doesn't need a chimney or flue). From beginning to end, it was less than 2 days' work. The guys were pet-friendly and very respectful, entering the premises through the side gate so as not to disturb us unnecessarily. After covering the floor to catch any debris, they tidied up and left, so the room was immediately usable! I’d highly recommend Snug Roofs to anyone looking to add some heat to their conservatory and make it much more usable in this UK weather we seem to experience a lot of!

John and Collin did an amazing job at insulating the internal roof of our conservatory, the finish was second to none we couldn't of asked for a better job. They transformed it into a usable room, the temperature is very noticeable, it's not boiling hot in the summer or freezing cold in the winter. They both worked tirelessly, very professional, and always kept us involved with what they were doing. The clean up after themselves was great as well, you would never of known they were there if you hadn't of seen them. We would highly recommend snug roofs. Huge thank you to John and his team

Well what can I say , John and Colin turned up on time and worked tirelessly to get the job ready for the plasterer tomorrow, , I watched them work throughout the day and was impressed by each stage , I would Absolutely 100% recommend these guys to anyone . Thanks guys

An excellent job from quote to plastering. We opted for an insulated ceiling for our glass roof conservatory so we could use the space all year round. The job took just three days and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Standard of work excellent and a very manageable price. Just waiting for plaster to dry before painting. We have noticed a big difference already.

We have waited a few months to write this review because we wanted to see how our roof would hold up in colder weather but it’s been absolutely brilliant. John was honest and reliable when speaking and meeting with him. Colin and Neil our fitters were brilliant and had a great sense of humour. Lee and Dave our plasterers were super friendly and gave great advice. I would happily recommend Snug roofs to any of my friends and Family.
