Had a great experience with Ashley, he came round prompt was very professional measured up and gave me an estimate really quickly and I’m really happy with the job.

Fabulous company, would highly recommend! Fitted glass with speed, spotted a mark from manufacturer and replaced without a word from myself. Ashley & Anthony (fitters) were friendly and professional... Even clean the glass. It's hard on your own to find people to trust, I can say hand on heart, you can trust this company and I will direct friends without hesitation. X

This is the second time that I have used Simply Misted Windows to replace a double glazed unit. The new one was installed today by the team with no mess at all. I am more than happy with the standard of work and communication. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Ashley was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the whole process to us including our options etc. Once the glass panel has been manufactured he delivered and fitted the panel complete with the auto cat flap effortlessly and even took away the old one. Will definitely use Simply Misted Windows again - thank you Ashley.

If I could I would give zero stars. I've been waiting for a cat flap doors fifth week now. And today I received an email that they will pay me a refund because I told them (after 3 weeks of waiting) that I will give them a negative review. I paid half the price upfront and they told me to wait 2 or maximum 3 weeks for installation. No updates, nothing after. I contacted them after 2 weeks they told me that they are busy and someone will come to do it in the next 2 weeks. Installation should take place on Friday, 8th of May. I waited all day but no one showed up. I contacted them several times on Friday and today, Monday, every time they told me to wait for email or call which I didn't receive. I am not sure if they even order the glass for me. Terrible service and company. I wasted a lot of time by choosing the wrong company. Hopefully, at least I receive my deposit back, because I don't trust them.
