I honestly can’t recommend Shutter Inc enough. From the very first enquiry right through to the installation, the service from Farhan and Nas was absolutely impeccable. They were friendly, respectful, professional, and treated our home with so much care. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole experience so easy and stress free. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about doing a fantastic job, but that really shows with them. The shutters are absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed our home. Farhan and Nasir are hands down the best in the shutters game. Contacted them for initial assessment for apartment. They came out and spent time going through all the options, colours, materials etc. Very knowledgeable and worked through capturing requirements. Provided a competitive quote followed by regular communication to provide updates once order was placed. Shutters came within agreed times, and 5* on quality. Farhan spent 2 days installing them, making sure every corner and angle was perfect. Absolutely smashed it and the finishing 10/10. Thank you for taking the time and care and looking after mum.

10/10 outstanding, professional service. The front of the house, inside and out, has been totally transformed. We are delighted with the quality and workmanship. Although a small family business they take extreme pride in their work. Prices were transparent, very good advice was given and everything was explained from the colours, materials, sizes to hinges with plenty of samples to see. From the first personalised consultation to the final fitting farhan and Nasir were wonderful making sure that attention to detail was key. What a professional service, from the initial visit both Farhan & Nasir were very informative on the materials available, choices and advice on the fitting/sizing and they really took their time to ensure the rights choices were made. The quotation/communication was super clear, always on time and came back to me when they said they would. Fitting was a dream, we really didn’t even know they were here.
