The premises are located in Witton, two miles from Spaghetti Junction. Shard End Glass covers the entire West Midlands and surrounding areas. Domestic glazing services include fitting new panes of glass, fixing broken windows, replacement double glazing, mirror cutting, cat flaps, and window fans or vents. School glazing services are provided, with close collaboration with schools to schedule work at convenient times.

Householders, tradespeople and businesses around Birmingham have all left feedback on Shard End Glass & Glazing Co Ltd, and a common thread is the sheer speed of the work. Customers writing about their orders describe bespoke units being manufactured in a couple of days when other suppliers were quoting a week or more, while more than one review highlights same-day attendance for a smashed entrance window, with the damaged pane removed and a new one fitted and the area left clean.

Named fitters Jamie, Ash, Steven and Ashton are singled out for being helpful, friendly and accommodating, and office staff including Dean and Kurt are praised for prompt callbacks, fast quotations and thorough follow-up, such as ringing a manufacturer to confirm the correct non-metallic spacers for a pet flap. Tidiness comes up often, with broken shards and offcuts cleared away. Customers also value the honest, decent approach, the careful wrapping and stowing of purchased glass, competitive pricing for the quality delivered, and the beautiful finish on mirrored and glazed work. Repeat business and recommendations to friends and family feature strongly throughout the comments.
