Absolutely fantastic service from Sedgley Glass! They recently fitted our new front and back doors, and they did a lovely job from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, polite, and tidy throughout. I couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work!

Highly recommended. Replaced 3 misted double glazed glass units in a rental property for me. From the assessment visit to the quotation, booking the appointment to the fitting, everything was done very professionally. They even offered a later start time so I could get to the property easily. The fitters were polite, humorous, and tidied up as they went along. I would highly recommend.

Sedgley Glass fitted a stained glass panel above my front door. The job was done by someone who clearly knew what they were doing, he went above and beyond and took great care. Sedgley glass actually collected my panel for me from a local repairer and then managed to fit in doing it in between jobs. Rare to find such excellent customer service. Big thank you to Colin and Rick and also the fitter - would highly recommend and will be using them again next year for some other jobs they have already quoted me for.

I don't normally write reviews but after having no joy with complaining i feel i have no choice as i have used sedgley glass a few times for various things over the years and it seems the work standard is just not there anymore for some unknown reason. I had a door fitted by two lads a few years ago and the work was second to none I even called Rick at sedgley to give my appreciation of just how good the work carried out was. I also recommend my friend who also had a door fitted by the same fitters and again the work was exceptional which resulted in more work from herself. ( I'm not 100% but I think their names were Andy and Rick forgive me if I'm wrong ) I have recently had more work carried out after moving property and again with one of the previous fitters Rick, but with someone else this time and the workmanship was just not there at all, as in the silicone finish was messy with old silicone left on wall, and the trim fell off a few days later, which was just stuck on with tape. Also after noticing a draft from my door i found the top of my door stuck proud of the frame compared to the bottom part causing a real draft to come through. Overall, not overly impressed, which was a shame compared to previous works.
