The process of having new double glazing is daunting, bearing in mind it's not something the average person does many times in life. We enquired online, and Jason got in touch almost immediately to arrange to come round and see us, which he did only a day later on a Saturday morning which was very convenient for my wife and I. Jay expertly guided us, suggesting a colour scheme which we wouldn't otherwise have considered but which looks absolutely perfect for our style of house (mock Tudor). He also suggested a couple of little things such as dummy vents which makes the windows pop and adds a subtle element of traditional class. The prices were also very competitive, which ultimately is what matters most. Finally, the two chaps they sent to install them (Mitch and Mitch) were a delightful father-son duo who really knew their stuff and who we felt very comfortable leaving in our home while we went to work. The workmanship was amazing and they had our whole house (15 windows and doors) done in 2 1/2 days. They were a genuine pleasure to have around and kept everything very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in Leicestershire in a similar position to us.
I needed 10 new windows, including a floor to ceiling window, to replace rotting wooden ones. I got 3 quotes from local companies with good reviews and Secure Trade Windows were the cheapest. The 2 guys who fitted the windows were very professional and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. They cleaned up all the mess and took away all the old windows. I'm very pleased with my new windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
Jason recently supplied and fitted windows for us and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The quality of the windows and workmanship was excellent from start to finish. Jason gave amazing advice throughout the process, was honest, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting everything right. The after support has also been brilliant, which really shows the level of service he provides. On top of that, he’s a top bloke and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and we will definitely be using him again in the future.
Simply outstanding. I had a new window fitted in my bathroom, several double glazed units that were blown replaced as well as a door panel and I am very happy to highly recommend Jason and his team. From start to finish the experience has been faultless. Jason came and visited me at home and gave me some cracking advice about what I needed with no pressure or nonsense. It was a no brainer to accept the very reasonable quote and Installation was arranged quickly with great convenience. Rob was the fitter that completed my installation, and he was spot on. He arrived promptly and grafted from start to finish all I had to do was keep him topped up with coffee. The work was finished quickly and to a really high standard with Rob taking care to tidy up as he went along taking all the rubbish with him. I will definitely be using them again for my next project.
Absolutely brilliant service and quality. From quote to after care I find this tradesman-ship rare these days. Believe me this isn’t my area of expertise and so with national companies I get very confused and feel pressured into purchase. Needed a window replaced in my flat and a front door. Feel safe, paid a fair price for such top notch quality and for the namesake - yes very ‘secure’ with this company. Fantastic job from start to finish. Full windows and doors replaced on two properties now and would highly recommend this company. We also just had these guys back for recent works to our extension and yet again… fantastic. Friendly, polite, respectful and we love our fresh new windows and doors supplied and fitted with no issues. Have already recommended Jason and his team to friends, family and customers of my own. A real 5 star service
We've used Secure Trade previously for our windows and were very happy with the price and quality of work. We recently had quotes for a new front door and porch doors, Jason talked us through the options for replacing both sets of doors and in the end we went with Jason's recommendation to remove the porch doors completely and replace just the front door. The fitters were professional and have done a great job, we're well pleased with the result.
